TCG Products – Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellations

  • Within 24 Hours: Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund, provided the order has not been dispatched.

  • After 24 Hours: A 5% cancellation fee based on the total order value will apply to approved cancellations before dispatch.

  • After Dispatch: Once an order has been dispatched, no changes or change-of-mind cancellations will be accepted.

2. Trading Card Products – No Change-of-Mind Returns

We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind on Trading Card Game (TCG) products, including but not limited to Pokémon, One Piece, Riftbound, Yu-Gi-Oh!, booster boxes, booster packs, sealed cases, card decks and other trading card products.

This policy applies to both sealed and opened products.

3. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available to customers under Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
