At T One Australia, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Due to the collectible nature of trading cards, we do not accept returns unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. If your product is damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it for a return or exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable.Request cancel order will charge 5% of the total item cost.
